Reaching out for support

When you are struggling, try to remind yourself that there are plenty of people who you can turn to for support. Communicating how you’re feeling and reaching out to people around you is very important and beneficial to your mental health. Consider talking to friends, parents/guardians and other adults you trust, extended family members, teachers, wellbeing staff and school counsellors and/or chaplains.
